New Equipment & Aftermarket Outside Sales Account Manager – Alaska


We are seeking a qualified boiler salesperson to join the sales team in Anchorage, Alaska.

  • Anchorage, Alaska

New Equipment & Aftermarket Sales – Basic Functions

  • This position reports to the Director of Sales and is responsible for new business development and expanding sales and service footprint within a multitude of vertical markets by assessing, developing, managing, and maintaining customers in alignment with Cole Industrial’s growth and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Equipment / system sizing and selection
  • Customer site reviews and economic analysis
  • Technical presentations for customers and accounts
  • Preparing proposals for customer presentations & bidding opportunities
  • Traveling to boiler plants throughout Idaho

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience with technical sales, boiler systems or mechanical systems
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in mechanical engineering or similar field
  • Thorough technical knowledge of mechanical systems applications
  • Strong presentation skills and comfort using MS-Office platform (PPT / Word / Excel…)
  • Strong written & verbal communications skills as well as experience writing detailed proposals
  • Team player mentality
  • Self-sufficient attitude

Compensation

  • Competitive salary compensation package based on qualifications, skills, and experience with base plus quota benefit

Base Salary: $65,000-$80,000 DOE, plus commission quota
