We are seeking a qualified boiler salesperson to join our sales team in the Greater Puget Sound Region of Washington State.
Responsibilities, include but not limited to
- Generate leads for sales, service, and existing construction equipment
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Respond to customer quotes and technical information
- Negotiate and Process orders
- Promote products through seminars and trade shows as needed
- Visit jobsites
- Work closely with inspectors, state, and federal agencies
- Available for work on weekends, holidays and overtime as directed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
- 5 – 10 years of sales experience in industrial/heavy commercial sales
- Industrial/Commercial Boiler/Burner experience preferred
- Proven experience selling products to key decision makers in an industrial sales environment
- Strong negotiation skills and executive presence during presentations
- Value-based selling and relationship building experience
- An organized, independent, and proactive approach
- Experience using CRM or similar system
- Ability to travel overnight (30-50%)
- Current Washington State Drivers’ License and must be insurable with no major infractions
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills and be able to work both independently and in a team environment

The successful candidate will be eligible for our full benefit package including 401k. Compensation is based on qualifications, skills, and experience
Salary: $50,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
