Service Department Manager – Washington


We are seeking a qualified service department manager to join our team, full-time, at our corporate headquarters.

Location:

  • Lynnwood, Washington

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordination and dispatch of field personnel to a customer base primarily, but not limited to, the Seattle/Puget Sound area
  • Manage assigned personnel, direct service technicians, oversee field service work and visit job sites
  • Troubleshoot problems, provide training, support field personnel in all facets of their daily duties; ensuring they have the equipment, training and licenses as necessary, or required
  • As our branch service manager, you will participate in seminars, trade shows and factory-sponsored events, as needed
  • Provide aftermarket sales proposals, solicit new customers and service contracts
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Responsible for departmental costs, profits, utilization of personnel and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from 4-year college or university
  • 1-2 years’ related experience and/or training or equivalent combination
  • Valid driver’s license with no major infractions and must be insurable
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and knowledge of integrated software desire
  • Experience with boiler systems, HVAC systems, combustion technologies or mechanical system preferred
