Contract Administrator

Job Description

Cole Industrial, Inc. is seeking a qualified Contract Administrator to join our team in Lynnwood, WA. Cole Industrial specializes in power plant, heating, mechanical contracting and industrial products including packaged boilers, industrial burners, heat exchangers and other boiler plant equipment for various applications. This position will be responsible for managing current and potential contracts as well as general project management work as needed. Additionally, this position will have a key role in helping us to achieve our aggressive sales goals. by providing administrative coordination to our sales team, which are located in multiple regions.

We are an energetic and passionate team, and our hope is to bring someone on board who is equally passionate in their role. Direct industry experience is not required, but previous experience in contract administration is a must. The ideal individual should be able to demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.


  • Organized and able to interact with employees and customers virtually and in person.
  • Detailed, proactive thinking, checking for data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills enabling you to successfully contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  • Collaborative skills needed to liaise with multiple departments and regions.
  • Previous contract review experience preferred (reviewing subcontracts, client requests and compiling data for PM and Sales team.)
  • Above average computer and tech skills
